To get an objective outline of the task, we will make a comprehensive review of the estate and any existing maintenance and management regimes. Then we work closely with Building Managers, to develop a management strategy which is tailor-made to suit their needs.

This can be implemented from an advisory capacity, or we can take over the management and maintenance of the entire estate.

Management control

We have the in-house expertise and resources, not only to offer advice, but also to take complete responsibility for the managing of estates.

At the heart of our management structure is a Help Desk and a fully bespoke IT system. This gives you the advantage of maximum control for the minimum investment. Features include: providing a reception point for emergencies, routing callouts, and ensuring their response to the agreed timescale.

  • Reducing the risk of the contractors being injured on site by identifying site hazards before their arrival on site.
  • Keeping the Building Manager up to date with daily, weekly and monthly reports
