Arcus Consulting LLP, leading provider of construction and property services to the social housing sector, has been awarded Partnering Consultant of the Year 2007 for the second year running. Clients and staff of Arcus attended the Housing Excellence Awards Dinner, which was held at the Mere Golf and Country Club in Cheshire on May 16th 2007, and hosted by Excel Publishing Group, publishers of Northern, Midlands and Southern Housing magazines. The award submission made by Arcus centered on its partnering credentials across all areas of project delivery. In securing the award Arcus was judged as delivering quality and excellence in partnering, demonstrated through their recent appointments onto ten Housing Frameworks and recent delivery of more than £300 m of housing regeneration and new build schemes. The judges for the award were industry experts; Liz Cross, a founding Partner The Connectives and Principal Consultant with the MR Partnership, Robin Lawler, Chief Executive of Northwards Housing and David Miller, Director of M3 Housing Ltd. Senior Partner, Andrew Riddington and Managing Partner, Clive Sellers were at the event to receive the award on the night behalf of the Partners and Staff at Arcus.
