Arcus has seen several incarnations since its foundation in 1970.

Initially we specialised in property refurbishment and conversion, using architects and building surveyors. However, it soon became apparent that clients would gain from having a 'one-stop' facility where all their requirements could be met through a single point of contact.

Today, we have achieved this goal, managing every stage of the construction cycle from feasibility studies to handover and offering development, investment and management advice.

Although Arcus has all the capabilities of a major corporation, it is solely owned and managed by the four board members to ensure a personal, hands-on approach.
